Welcome to GstaadHouse. By accessing our store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These terms govern all sales made through the GstaadHouse online store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version in force at the moment of your order applies to that order. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Products & Availability

We take care to display our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. All items are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is charged at the time of order. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. This email constitutes acceptance of your order and forms the contract of sale. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal, extended by us to a 30-day return window. Full details in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer goods in the EU. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

8. Consumer Disputes

If you have a complaint, contact us first at soporte.casenza@gmail.com — we resolve most issues within 48 hours. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — texts, images, logos and designs — is the property of GstaadHouse or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
