Shipping Policy

Every GstaadHouse order is carefully prepared and shipped with full tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During launch promotions or peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once the order is dispatched. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking page to update.

Customs & Import Duties (non-EU orders)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. GstaadHouse has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at soporte.casenza@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we will correct it. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe plus 7 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, you will receive a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
